How do I change my notifications?

You can edit your notification settings via the app by following these steps:

• Open Peanut and select the person icon on the top left
• Scroll down to Settings
• Tap on Notification settings and adjust however you’d like!

I need to change my phone number

If you've got a new phone number, we can help swap it over to your account. ☎️ Here’s how:

• Create a new account on Peanut with your new phone number
• Send us an email to support@teampeanut.com and include both phone numbers.
• Our team will complete the request!

I've accidentally created a new account

Logged in and see steps to create a new profile? You've created another account by mistake. Not to worry, it's easy to fix. To do this:

• Delete the Peanut app
• Re-download the latest version of Peanut from your device's app store
• Log in selecting your original login method
• Reach out and we'll deactivate the accidental account

My app keeps crashing or glitching

We’re sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues on Peanut. Let’s get that fixed for you! First, please try the following steps:

• Delete the Peanut app
• Re-download the latest version of Peanut from your device's app store
• Sign back into your account

This should give your account a bit of a refresh and resolve the issue! If not, please contact us at support@teampeanut.com with a screenshot or video of the issue and we’ll troubleshoot further.
