January 2025 Babies 🇨🇦

I don’t know what to do anymore. It’s been a struggle for 9 months and I’m between a rock and a hard place. My baby sleeps terribly and it’s taking a huge toll on my mental and physical health. I wake up every day with headaches because of the constant wake ups at night. I try to nap with her during the day but it’s like playing roulette. Sometimes I’ll get a proper 2 hours and it’s enough to refresh me to function for the rest of the day and other times it’s half an hour which leaves me feeling worse than I began. This is my second baby and we never sleep trained with my first so I’m scared to do so this time around. My doctor has been less than helpful when it comes to my concerns.

Does anyone have advice or anything for me? I’m having intrusive thoughts and sometimes I think I’d rather be off this earth than continue to live like this.

My baby boy is 6 months old and he kicks out of his Woolino sleep sack nowadays 😂🤦‍♀️. Seems like we need to find a different style to use. What kind of sleep sacks do you use?

My baby is 5 months old and we have never been to the doctor. Not once. A nurse practitioner came to our house at 3 days old and they were supposed to come at one month (kept missing each other's phone calls) and he went to a two week check up with our family doctor. But that's it.

We aren't doing vaccines for personal reasons is rather not get into, but.... It's he supposed to have checkups?!?!

No one told me or made me aware or had phoned... Do these check ups happen when getting shots usually? Or do you have to make them yourself? Should I have a pediatrician on to of a family doctor?!

I just use a percentile calculator to figure out where he is at. I weigh him often. He's never been sick. He's currently teething but hasn't actually been super fussy at all. Poops well, pees tonns.

I just feel like everyone is going to a pediatrician for regular scheduled check ups and I'm not 😂
