September 2025 Babies 🇬🇧

Hi moms, my baby just turned and I am really concerned about her gross motor skills. She still cant pull herself to sit- only with lots of effort she can do that and that also not every time. She wont roll unless really needed. She was late to sitting already (around 8 months), always hated tummy time. From last few weeks she is attempting to crawl but still not able to manage much- I have to put my hand under her chest else she cant hear wait and falls on her chest or face. and does not want to crawl. She is sitting fine without losing balance and wants to be standing all the time, but still can’t go from lying to sitting and also not from sitting to standing. I am really worried and want to get in touch with GP.

Anyone else experience severe clingyness. My girl won’t let anyone pick her up or hold her at all apart from me or dad. It’s been like it for months but seems to get worse. Took her to soft play too a nice big one that wasn’t busy at all was just us at one point but she won’t get off my lap and go crawling round etc she just cries.

My baby boy has just turned one last week I need some advice about how to start changing him over to cows milk so I starting doing it slowing or do I just swap it around straight away . Does anyone have any idea how long you can use the mam bottles for or do I always need to get these change for him as well ? Xx

What did you all get your little ones for their first birthday? Really struggling for ideas as we also have a 4 year old, which we have kept everything so we already have a lot of bits for her. We’re thinking an activity table as that is something that we haven’t got, and I’m making a couple of keep sake things, but was wondering what other ideas you guys had?
