what's y'all routine on self care? I haven't been self caring myself lately, my self care I usually go to the nail salon every once a month, get my eyebrows, upper lip wax, nails and toes gel fix and I try to plan once a yr to color and cutt my hair a new style

My go-to activity for an energy boost is checking my breathing -- give it a try -- take three deep breaths. (Seriously!!)
