Skin conditions

Diaper rash.. on me

I’ve been using Frida mom boy shorts, but I ran out, so I’m using adult diapers. They have been giving me a horrible rash. I’ve been using Aquaphor, but it only does so much. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!!
