How can we have peace?

Both religious/god believers and non religious people have church hurt. How can we communicate without attacking eachothers point of view, without correcting the other person? I have strong opinions and I'm sure others do. How can we ensure safety without compromising our personal beliefs? Ideas welcomed 🤗
