Hey mamas; FTM here! I just had my 6week PP appointment and as expected, PPD has been confirmed. I would like to smoke instead of going straight to medication to see if it helps. Any mothers breastfeeding/breastfed their babies while smoking occasionally? If so, how did you go about it to ensure baby doesn’t get any? Or is it inevitable?
