I ended up messing up the first batch of Swiss meringue which takes roughly 30-45 minutes to make and as soon as I went to start them first batch of cookies my power went out lol

An order i made for my sister

I told him I owed him because he was able to send my prescription at 10pm so I could get it first thing next morning 😂

Made some beignets last week. Nutella and cheesecake filling. This sold out within seconds

10/10 don’t recommend hot ganache on buttercream 😂
