Emotional Regulation for Caregivers and Kids
Hey everyone! I’m starting a new company with my friend who does sound therapy in the Valley. It’s called Harmony Hugs and we’ve developed an ESA approved curriculum geared towards moms and their kids but can be used for any caregiver of children. It includes research backed material of the effects that breathe, sound and movement have on the nervous system. It’s full of tools and tips for you to implement while at home or out and about.
