Does anyone know the law about noise/quiet hours in New Haven? I dont understand why my neighbors who lives above me chooses to wash 2am every morning. The vibrating, jerking and noise from the washing machine is getting to me. Its like their washer is very close to our room and most nights I have to sleep in the couch in the living room. My husband don't mind it and doesn't seems bothered but its driving me nuts.
