DMV Gym Baddies?!

Hi loves! I just had my son in December and this is the heaviest I’ve ever been.

Before I got pregnant I was literally in the gym EVERYDAY! Postpartum is going great butttt… I’m ready to feel good again and I’m not holding myself accountable anymore.

Are any of you queens down for workout play dates while the weather is warming up? Even on FaceTime!

Cardiiiii-OH!

About 3 months ago I said β€œI don’t do cardio. Fuck cardio”

And now I make sure I at the very least take a 15 minute walk each day 🀣

I think I’d go crazy without it. Plus it’s snatching my waist πŸ’πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

What are your gym goals?

I fell off the gym girlie wagon when i got sick for a year, then got pregnant, then became a mom. Im 13 months pp now and im starting from the beginning again.

My old goals were weight based but thats not how i want to do it this time. What are your non weight based goals? No scale or clothing size goals please πŸ’ͺ❀️

How to build core strength with a toddler?

Maybe this is a dumb question but how are we supposed to get strength training in with a 1 year old? Working out at home is not an option and my gym has no daycare

I have a pullup bar but i cant do a pullup anymore πŸ₯² and an aerial hoop but the frame turned into a swingset πŸ˜…

What core strength routines are body weight / park friendly?
