C-section

Cleared out by the OBGYN - You?

I had my appointment today (6weeks postpartum) I had c-section - no complications . And a healthy baby. I thought I will get a: go little by little, take it easy. Blah blah . However doctor said you’re good to go. Go back to normal. You might feel a little bit sensitive around the incision. But green light for Sex, gym, life. How has been your experience going back to “normal”??

Baby cereal at just under a month old?

Hey again yall 🙂 I posted in here early this morning about my son’s tummy troubles, but there’s one other thing I wanted some advice/opinions on… so basically my son has reflux and a milk protein allergy has been on 6 diff formulas (I’m unable to breastfeed) and he is on Pepcid and he’s still not getting any relief. His pediatrician recommended I put cereal in his bottle in hopes that the thickness will help him keep it down. I get that she’s been to school for this and she has been a wonderful pediatrician; but it makes me nervous because everything I’ve read says that’s outdated, dangerous, and doesn’t work. He also has mild constipation and I’m worried that would make it even harder for him to go. Has anyone else been told to give their newborn cereal this early? He’s only 4 weeks.

Baby sleep

1-3am witching hours for my 6 week old

FTM...My daughter is 6 weeks and has been doing good with sleep except from 1am-230/3. We have tried giving her extra bottle, holding her, changing, etc. But nothing seems to really soothe her that much over those 2 hours. I can normally settle her a little at that time letting her lay on me, but even then she is fighting it at times. Its not even like she is wide awake, she is still tired/sleeping while fighting actually going back down. Anyone alsongo through this or going through it and have any tips or suggestions?

Contact sleeping ??

What are we doing to break this? I feel like every night is a struggle cause she’s gotten so used to being held. She’s almost a month old. It’s the only way I’m able to get sleep too! Help please!!
