So my 6 year old has been having diarrhea since yesterday but it was only twice, now today he’s had it all day like every few hours or couple hours he goes and it burns his butt when he goes 😭 he has a low grade fever he’s had medicine for that, he’s eating and drinking. But I’m just worried I feel bad because it burns when he poops and he screams and cries every time he goes

I’ve Being recently trying to maintain a good diet a 2 month now and I’ve being eating pizza, shrimps and then my sister told me a should avoid those can somebody tell me. I know I should ask my doctor but he won’t see me until December 5 (beginning of 3 month)
