I’m away on holiday, my little girl is covered in rash blisters, over legs arms hands face and bum. Looks so sore. Think this could be hand foot and mouth. Has anyone got any tips?

Those going through the 9 month regression, what are you experiencing? What’s affected? Naps, sleep, milk feeding, solids? I wanna hear it all, so I can compare and cry with you haha

anyone else’s lo waking literally every hour-2 hours for no reason for most of the night? Wtf is going on here? Surely not a 9 months regression to?

I don’t know why I’m writing this but Lo wakes up every hour- 2 hours then has a longer stretch (about 3-4 hour) before waking up. Anyone else having this? I’m just fed up of it now and am losing my mind. My back, arms, legs and head hurt and I’m really struggling.

How much water are you giving lo with their meals? I try to hold the water back for a bit as I want lo to have some food first but when she has the water, she only wants water and seems to forget about the food. I don’t want her getting full off water but I also don’t want to stop her having water as I know it’ll help with constipation (sometimes she gets gassy in the night) . Any tips please?

For context: lo with 9 months and EBF so only has water with meals at the moment.
