The Depth Corner 📖

I’ve had to take a step back. Not because anything is wrong, but because everything is exactly where it should be.

Everything is in motion… and I needed time to check into the momentum I’ve created.

The best part of that has been being around people I love. And as a naturally reclusive soul, I’ve had to really define what that means for me.

What I’ve come to understand is this: with safe boundaries, fellowship with people who truly get me… is good for me.

Over the past few years, I’ve had to reevaluate myself…and who I allow access to. There were some painful realizations along the way, but necessary ones.

I’ve learned that I am not responsible for what others think, nor who they choose to be.

I am only responsible for myself… and what I allow.

Creating space has helped me balance what doesn’t belong to me… the inconsistencies, the misplaced expectations, the tendency of others to carry unresolved energy and set it at my feet.

And I no longer carry what isn’t mine.

This season feels different. More grounded. More intentional. More aligned.

And I’m choosing to move forward from that place.

As this year opens(Spring Equinox), I am reminded of legacy.

The quiet inheritance that does not live in documents, but in the body… in the knowing… in the way spirit whispers without language. I stand in the shoes of those before me, not to imitate, but to activate what they carried, what they could not fully express, what now lives through me.

There is something divine in that. Something regal.

To remember without being taught. To feel stories that were never written, yet live fully in my blood.

This is a year of alignment. The stars do not rush, they position. And so must I.

What is for me does not need force, only readiness. What is mine will meet me where I stand in truth.

I am learning that legacy is not just what I come from, it is what I choose to continue, what I choose to release, and what I choose to become.

There are lifetimes within me that exist only between myself and Spirit. Moments of recognition that no one else needs to understand.

And in this new beginning, I honor that sacred space.

I move forward not as someone searching, but as someone remembering.

The path is opening not because it was hidden, but because I am now aligned enough to walk it.

And so I do.

Working on restarting my book club, it kinda died down last year when my health declined.

After getting all of my medical stuff straightened out, I’ve been working on trying to get my members active again.

There’s an ongoing raffle for a blind date with a book from a seller on Etsy.

Obscure Ways

Leading the obscure paths of this lifelong journey, I’ve crossed a thousand mountains—but never climbed one. Waiting for the sun to rise, and for it to set, Hoping each horizon will draw a different path.

Uncertainty rests in the hearts of many, Never knowing where the destination may lie. Still learning to unlearn the weight of mistakes, Yet never giving up— For tomorrow will always bring another to make.
