I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and i quit smoking when i found out im pregnant. I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice on if it’s safe to smoke while breastfeeding or not. Everything I’m hearing is it is perfectly safe then on the other hand extremely unsafe and I just don’t know.

Breast Feeding and Vaping (THCA)

Im having the hardest time with this. I don’t want my baby exposed or harmed. I’ll vape and I’ll wait 2-3 days and dump my milk. But now I’m like I’m wasting too much milk. And I’ll try to do one good hit and not do any more. Anyone have experience with breastfeeding and vaping ?
