Smoking while breastfeeding

I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and i quit smoking when i found out im pregnant. I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice on if it’s safe to smoke while breastfeeding or not. Everything I’m hearing is it is perfectly safe then on the other hand extremely unsafe and I just don’t know.

I smoked while breast feeding and I now have a 33 lbs 8 month old soo 🤷‍♀️😂 I’ve been told by lactation consultants if u can find baby u can feed baby!! Even after a beer!
