ICSI /IVF

Hi! I’m booked in for a FET this afternoon. I’m starting to feel pretty much all the emotions now and wondering if anyone has any advice e.g. best thing to eat, anything to avoid before and after etc. I really want this to transfer to be successful x

So we are going in for our final round of ivf icsi atm (started my down reg meds tonight). My AMH has declined quite a lot since 2021 where we managed to have my son via icsi. It’s gone from 11.1 to 4.4pmol. For reference I am almost 36. I am just looking for success stories and wondered if anyone would share their protocols/have any tips for me. I think I’m doing all I can ie regular acupuncture, consuming a good diet with 3 pieces of fish weekly, taking daily DHEA, vit D, pregnacare, melatonin, coq10, zinc vitamins. I have been put on 450iu merifurt again which is the maximum stims dosage and will also be on daily Lubion injections plus 2 cyclogest pessaries post transfer. Thanks for any replies in advance ❤️

Hi everyone. I had an egg collection on Monday. We got 4 eggs but unfortunately none of these fertilised following ICSI. I’m completely devastated. After 4 rounds I feel like the journey might be coming to an end, and I’m not ready to face the idea that we might not ever have a baby.

I’m looking for a bit of hope. Anyone else on here had a round with failed fertilisation and gone on to get viable embryos in subsequent rounds?

For info, I’m 37 and have been doing IVF since 2022.

-Aug 2022: fresh cycle, 7 eggs, 3 fertilised, 1 blast, BFP. Ended in chemical pregnancy -Jan 2023: fresh cycle, 7 eggs, 2 fertilised 1 morula: BFN. -April 2023: fresh cycle, 7 eggs, 1 fertilised, 1 4AB blast. Freeze all. -May 2024: FET, BFP. Ended in MMC. -Feb 2025: fresh cycle, 4 eggs, none fertilised.

I just had my fifth IVF frozen embryo transfer 11 days ago. I had my first Beta at 9dp5dt, I thought it would be completely negative but it came back at a 6 (<5 is a negative). Obviously really low HCG typically my clinic would like to see somewhere in the 50s. Are there any positive stories of low HCG resulting in a viable pregnancy?

I had egg retrieval yesterday and just found out this morning that 3 of the 5 eggs have fertilised with a possible transfer of Saturday, latest Monday. Question 1- how did people find transfer? Q2- what are my odds? Has anyone got any good news stories to keep me positive?
