Flintshire mums

Hi , my little one is 12 weeks old and I am wanting to go along to some baby groups/classes does anyone know of any ? I drive so I don't mind where they are , I live in Gwespyr so I'm closer to Prestatyn but I'm part of Flintshire , We only moved here 2 years ago so I don't know any other mums to ask about groups . Also do any mums on here meet up with their little ones for coffee and play dates ? Would love to meet some new friends in the area as well xx

I live in Buckley so have to choose to give birth in either Wrexham Mealor or Glan Clwyd. Can anyone reccomend/share experiences of either? I really cant find much about either online! Thanks in advance 😊

Hi! Any other Buckley mums had kids go to First Steps or Country House childcare?

Trying to go back to work full time but struggling to find childcare less than £1300 a month (we don't get any help other than tax free) 😔. What does a day cost for you and where?

Anyone else find it impossible to refer to the midwife, specifically in the health centre in CQ? In England people seem to be able to refer themselves on line. I think I was referred through my doctors last time but only because I had only just moved here and needed to actually join a doctor’s first. I rang the number I had saved in my phone as Midwife from my first baby, the lady who answered said that was the district nurses number, she gave me the number for the midwives but that number wouldn’t even connect. Eventually found the clinic number and after about 5 attempts managed to leave a message. Hopefully hear back from them soon!
