Where can I take my 3 year old on her balance bike? A decent walk for myself but not too much of an incline. Maybe somewhere with a park/cafe we can stop off at too.

Mum of two very wild and very active children. Struggle with anxiety when it comes to leaving home with them, so tend to spend most days indoors. Have been spending time with my sister and her mum friends but need to find my own feet and try to tackle the fear.

My friend has made a Caerphilly (and surrounding areas) mums group on WhatsApp, which anyone is welcome to join, if you’d like to be added, comment below☺️. I feel like there’s not much support out there for us mothers. It would be so nice to get people together and have a safe space for mothers to connect and get advice and support from other mothers, as well as the little ones making new friends✨

I have an 11yo, 2yo and 9m baby. All girls! Would anyone love a play date/meet up during the day? I’m trying to find things to do in the afternoons whilst my eldest is in school and toddler is in flying start.

I’m in the Blackwood area but drive and don’t mind travelling a little bit if it’s in the week (need to be back for nursery run so can’t go too far)
