Anyone in 2H banding? How long does it take?

Just wanted to ask if anyone here has had a planned c-section at PRUH recently.

I’m due in 3 weeks and they’ve booked my date but I keep hearing different stories, so I was wondering if you could confirm.

Is it true that you might go to the hospital on the day of the surgery but they postpone it to a different date? I have heard stories where they have been sent home 3 days in a raw, is that true? Do you end up having the surgery on the day you have been assigned?

How has your experience with a planned c-section been?

I had an emergency section 2 years ago and I’m about to have my second surgery on the 7th Aug.

Would really appreciate your thoughts and experiences.

I want to go to the soft play area or even start swimming with my 9.5 month old son. I’ve seen Bromley The Pavilion but not too sure whether it’s worth checking out. Has anyone else been?
