Letrozole Ladies

Hi all, starting Letrozole treatment this cycle. I've been asked to attend a scan on day 2 of my cycle - which will be tomorrow. Just wondering what they'll actually be looking for at this scan? Thank you!

First cycle with 7.5 mg dose of letrozole. Just had an US on CD11 and had a 21 mm follicle in my right ovary and 12 mm in my left. 10 mm lining. Triggered with 10000 unit hcg.

So nervous as our first round at 5 mg was unsuccessful. Would love to hear any positive stories 💖

Hi! In my first cycle of letrozole and so glad I found this group! No PCOS & ovulate on my own, but have had 2 chemical pregnancies and no success after trying for 6+ months. My fertility specialist thinks it could be due to my late ovulation (CD18-19 typically). So that’s how I got here!

Took 5 mg letrozole CD2-CD6. Had an ultrasound CD9 that showed my largest follicle at 10 mm.

Went back today at CD12 and had a 20 mm follicle in my right ovary with 13 mm lining! So my doctor gave me my hcg trigger shot today.

Would love to hear any success stories or get any advice? Has anyone else done a trigger shot? Glad to just have someone to talk to who has been through it!

Evening Ladies, I'm on day 2 of my first cycle of Letrozole which is exciting! In October 2023 I was taking part in a clinical trial of Clomid vs Letrozole and I had 3 cycles of Clomid before I became pregnant with our little lady. Yesterday I was prescribed 3 months of Letrozole to see if it works in the same time frame. I'm really looking forward to starting this journey again and if you'd to follow me on this journey and my previous then I'm on Insta as team.tomlinsonwannabeparents 💜 I've known 2 ladies who have had twins on letrozole and that is a bit WOAH to me, I googled it and it's a 1 in 20 chance.... 1 IN 20 😳 JUST WOAH

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone had success on cycle 4 or later with letrozole and got pregnant? Really starting to feel like it isn’t going to work for me, and I’ve heard that your odds decrease after this point 😞
