Pregnancy scans

Bébé clocked it!

I’ve been wanting to share this with someone for a few weeks now because it’s kind of funny and I’d like to think it’s true. I’m 23w2d now, but at my 20 week ultrasound, the sonographer found a second fibroid during my anatomy scan…and baby seemed to have noticed it too! She was facing the fibroid the entire time it was being examined 👶🏻👉🏻

My first fibroid (pendunculated that was degenerative & excruciatingly painful) had to be removed via an ER myomectomy at 14 weeks. It’s been a lot to process, especially since I had no idea that fibroids run in my family. But baby has been reading all normal at the check-ins since. I’m so beyond thankful she’s doing OK ♥️

I’m hopeful that this (subserosal) fibroid (and any others) stay as small as possible🤞🏻 hoping the same for everyone here, too ♥️

Fertility treatments

9.6cm subsercosal fibroid

Hey guys

Need a but of support if that's okay.

My hubby and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. We went to start the IVF process knowing I had a 6cm fibroid that they would probably say, let's leave it. After doing a pelvic MRI we have been told that the fibroid is actually 9.6cm and needs to be removed.

It's growing on the outside of the uterus (subsercosal).

Anyone had any experience with this?

I think they may need to shrink it first and then take it out. Then we can go for IVF.

It's so hard, I can't believe this is another blow (we also had a small Male factor reason too).

I felt so close that we were going to start ivf in September and now this.

I have never had an op.

Anyone know the recovery time?

Anyone go on to be pregnant after this?

Any help, support or kind words would be lovely.

Thank you x

No period after myomectomy

Hello everyone I had a myomectomy 3 months ago and I haven't seen my period ever since.... Earlier this month after using the bathroom I wiped and saw just little blood stain on the tissue paper ,but later on,there was no more blood up till now.... My surgery was on April 15th. I visited the hospital 2 weeks ago to test my homornes but they roll out and said everything looks normal.. Has anyone gone through the same situation and what was your solution??? This would help thanks 😊 ....
