Bébé clocked it!

I’ve been wanting to share this with someone for a few weeks now because it’s kind of funny and I’d like to think it’s true. I’m 23w2d now, but at my 20 week ultrasound, the sonographer found a second fibroid during my anatomy scan…and baby seemed to have noticed it too! She was facing the fibroid the entire time it was being examined 👶🏻👉🏻

My first fibroid (pendunculated that was degenerative & excruciatingly painful) had to be removed via an ER myomectomy at 14 weeks. It’s been a lot to process, especially since I had no idea that fibroids run in my family. But baby has been reading all normal at the check-ins since. I’m so beyond thankful she’s doing OK ♥️

I’m hopeful that this (subserosal) fibroid (and any others) stay as small as possible🤞🏻 hoping the same for everyone here, too ♥️

I was told I have a tiny fibroid too and it’s nothing to worry about. I hope it stays tiny Caus my neighbour has quite a few and on her monthly she’s always in mad pain n she finds it hard to get pregnant.

Am I making the right choice?

I have recently decided to go for an elective C-section.
If this was your last birth experience would you do the same? I know it’s an individual choice but I keep doubting myself but I just had such a bad time… 😞

It was a Vbac …. Ended with…

-episiotomy with forceps
-retained placenta
-2litres blood loss with transfusion.
-GBS positive (probably going to be positive again)
-since birth 4 years ago i have been having issues with bowel incontinence 🙈

Husband help

FTM
We have to have an early elective c section for medical reasons on Friday. My husband seems not to understand recovery at all, suggesting we have his brother's within the week and go out for dinner etc at 2 weeks as I should have 'recovered' by then. This seems too much to me, am I being unreasonable?

Questioning if I should be concerned

I had an etopic pregnancy last January which resulted in losing my right tube.

We just found out we were pregnant 2 weeks ago when I was 8dpo and since then, my line progression has done well. I ended up getting bloodwork done last week on Thursday which my hcg was 88 which I didn’t know until today after my ultrasound-

Today I am to be 5 weeks and 2 days well..

I had an ultrasound vaginal and stomach, I was told she couldn’t see anything and I was asking if we should be concerned. The nurse then told me what my hcg was on Thursday and said that it is very very early. I told her why we came early was to make sure we do not lose another tube. She said they wouldn’t see it until 6 plus weeks.

I just don’t know if I should be worried about her not seeing a gestational sac- nothing. And I was told to come back in 3 weeks.

Does my hcg of being 88 truly mean I am earlier then what I had thought.

Just looking for some comfort please, I don’t want to go through waves of feeling like everything is going to be alright and then crashing.

My line progression and flo dates I apparently ovulated on the 3rd of March

Should I be concerned. I am thinking to get more labs done to see what my hcg has went up to and hopefully they can tell me if it’s good or not.

Toddler asked how I got pregnant 😂

I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant with my third baby. My oldest daughter, who just turned 3 last December, asked me today how her baby brother got into my belly 😂. She caught me off guard, and I didn’t have a quick answer, so I told her to remind me later so I could explain it to her.I need ideas for what I would tell her.
