UK Vegan/plant based mums 🌱

Me and my partner are both vegan. Initially we planned to raise our daughter vegetarian and then when she is old enough she can decide herself what she wants to eat. We cut out dairy as she seemed to be having a reaction to formula so she pretty much follows a vegan diet now. I’m unsure whether to introduce dairy or just keep her vegan. Worried she won’t be getting all the nutrients she needs although I have started giving her multivitamins and she has the alpro growing up oat milk that has added vitamins

Any advice welcome

Just found out I’m pregnant with number 2, any good vegan prenatal recommendations please?

We’re going on holiday with a long journey split over 2 days. Top tips/ recommendations for food to carry when out and about?? We usually make everything from scratch but at times like this I wish there were more vegan pouch/prepped food as feel it’s easier to travel with! Otherwise feel like she’s gonna end up eating baguette & humous for 6 meals in a row 😂

I’ve had a look and can’t seem to find any?! Alpro unsweetened still has salt and gellan gum etc. Plenish looks good as it is organic with no additives, but isn’t fortified!

Is it necessary just now or should I wait until 1 year? Can anyone recommend a good b12 supplement that doesn’t contain additives/preservatives?
