My husband and I are planning to go to Japan in October/November, to visit my husband’s grandparents and introduce them to our baby.
We’re from England, I don’t speak any Japanese but my husband does (although limited as he hasn’t lived there since he was a child), and his grandparents don’t speak any English.
Just wondering if anyone has any general advice for travelling in Japan? We’ll be in the countryside in Ehime with his grandparents, and also spend time in Tokyo and Kyoto.
How is public breastfeeding regarded in Japan? Will I be expected to use a cover?
Any nappy brand recommendations? And where to get them? (Do places like 7/11, Lawsons etc. do them?)
we’ll need a carseat for when his grandparents pick us up from the airport (it’s at least a 2 hour drive) where can we ask them to go to get one for us? Any particular brands that are cheap but good for his age?
