Work & money
I think my anxiety, rejection sensitivities and demand avoidance makes it hard. I can't just blindly accept what the Drs want me to do because I feel like they want me to do everything little thing they can charge my full coverage insurance for. All the departments are connected with the hospital so they all benefit. How do I maybe send an email to my Dr who is basically the head of the perinatal center that I need accommodations in a way like, I can only do what is medically necessary because going to appointments is a lot for me, I need patience, clear explanation of prescriptions/tests/procedures, and compassion because I feel like the medical staff is annoyed by me or think I'm being difficult when I'm asking questions or am hesitant to agree to things on the spot.

Pregnancy Week by Week: Second Trimester
Anyone other pregnant people having a hard enough time just figuring out what to eat, then feeling tired after each meal, and feeling the difficulty of getting yourself to hopefully exercise at some point that there is no energy for anything else? Ugh. The added food aversions and watching what you eat for glucose sensitivity issues makes it extra hard.

Household
I have 4 kids and my adhd has gotten almost unmanageable as far as the house cleaning department goes. It’s causing constant misery. I don’t even want to be home and when I am I just stay in bed under the blanket trying to keep my depression from running rampant. It’s really the only thing I can even motivate myself to do. I know that when there is organization I work and feel better. But getting through the mt. Everest of chaos is like trying to make through all the circles of Dante’s hell. At least that what it feels like. So has anyone ever used a cleaning service or hired an organization service to help them in situations like this? There are so very many options. It’s also pricey but is it worth it?

Published 1/31/23 in Nature. Biggest sample size ive seen in these studies thus far (n > 2k) and mom and baby were followed from 1998-2015.
I’m medicated and pregnant and this offered some relief.
