Morning breakfast

Hey guys, what do your kids eat in morning before school/camp. Mine refused to eat anything and then she cries, as she is hungry and we fight then we go out the door. It's been so challenging.

Potty training

Potty training experience

Hi dear moms, I need your help please. My 3-year-old daughter is currently potty training, and I’d love to get your advice on what to do when we’re outside and there are no toilets nearby. A friend suggested using a foldable travel potty, but I find it a bit strange to have her use a potty outside, like at the park. Any advice please? Thank you all.

Meet Up!

I’m in Riverside South. Currently on leave with my 3rd. Would anyone like to go for a walk or a cafe date? I love going to 692 in Manotick.

I don’t like my OB/GYN

I found an OB/GYN based on Google reviews and it also happened to be that she is one of the doctors that serves at the closest hospital to me. We’ve met her in person twice now, and both times my husband was with me. It feels like she’s just checking a box, has a fake chirpy voice and she barely looks at us when she talks to us. She mainly talks to me, and even after I introduced my husband, she just said a generic hello, with same fake chirpy voice. I don’t appreciate anyone treating my husband or me poorly and I don’t know her whole demeanour is just unkind and it makes me uneasy.

I don’t know what to do next. This is the closest hospital to me, and so no matter what, I feel like there’s a high likelihood I will encounter her even if I try to change providers.

Do you know if it’s possible to switch hospitals? There’s another one a little further away, and when looking up some of the doctors had pretty good ratings.

I’m 17w and thanking God that everything is normal so far, so I’m also thinking of options such as midwifery.

Crib or bassinet - what is your preferred sleep solution and why

I would like to know whether you prefer a bassinet or a crib with an option of cosleep for your baby? Also if it's a bassinet- is it a smartish one with the modes and all? I am all over the place with mixed opinions and would like to gather some more pros/ cons to make my choice.
