Family
My 2 year old boy has become a demon. He used to be so gentle, cuddly, lovely, played nicely with me and ate very well.
But in the last couple of months, he is absolutely horrific to be around. I have one year left with him at home before he starts full time school so I want to enjoy this year but so far he doesn’t want to leave the house, shouts things like “NO,” or “I hate you,” or “I’m not listening to you.” He lashes out with his hands, he snatches toys from other children at playgroups, bites his older sister when she annoys him, and will not play with me anymore. He mostly just lays on on the sofa, has no energy, only wants to cuddle his Teddy and suck his fingers for comfort. That’s all he wants to do. And also he doesn’t wan to eat food anymore, only junk food which I obviously don’t allow so he’s basically not eating much anymore.
I’m just so sad that I’ve lost my lovely boy. Anyone else going through this?

When are your LOs ending their naps. Since my daughter moved to the two classroom they nap from 1-3 . Since then she has been not wanting to go to sleep and wakes up in the middle of the night for extended periods of time what seems to be from night terrors. Is this the typical naptime for an almost 2 1/2 year old. The not sleeping again is giving me PTSD from the first year she just didn’t sleep. I am not sure if the sleep disruption is from the nap, my husband and I taking her paci a little over a week ago, a sleep regression, or the fact that we are potty training which she is almost fully potty trained. I am just exhausted and at my wits end with not having sleep.

For all those who are working moms could you share what your before & after work routine looks like? Besides my April ‘24 baby I also have a 1 year old. The last couple of years have been a blur and I feel like I am struggling here. It feels so hard to allocate time for family, stay on top of chores, and having a second of self care.

Pregnancy symptoms
It’s so hard to get my toddler to drink water. He didn’t pee all day long l. I’ve tried mixing it with homemade apple juice and orange juice and unsweetened tea. I don’t want to give him processed sugar but do you have any other tips??
