Hey everyone. I had a c section 5 weeks ago and all went well with the operation. The pain completely cleared after week 2.

I'm now 5 weeks pp and the pain/aching has come back! Getting up from the sofa, out of bed etc I'm in quite a bit of pain. Just wondering if anyone has had similar after no pain at all for a few weeks?

My son is approaching 17 months old. He still has a bottle of warm cows milk before bed. He has teeth now and is getting older. When he was around 13 months old I tried switching him to a toddler cup/bottle for his milk as I read about it not being good for them to still have a bottle with a proper teat especially after 1 years old or if they have teeth. Does anyone have a child of the same age who still has milk before bed? Or their child did at this age? I’m a first time mum and no clue when/if I should be weening him off of it or using something that’s not a bottle?

Hi all, we are doing shared parental leave so have just swapped with my partner looking after our daughter for the next 3 months and I was wondering if there are any in person dad groups meeting weekdays he could join. There are a few meeting on Saturdays but surely there must be more dads out there on parental leave. So far he has taken our little one far to a few of the groups i used to go but it's all only moms 🙃
