This is a great for women who have experienced a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage. This type of miscarriage is still very misunderstood, despite the fact they likely account for 50-75% of all miscarriages.

Early pregnancy symptoms
So my period arrived on Sunday (15 DPO) and it has never been that late. However I have been lightly bleeding, and it just stopped today. Which made it three days long. My periods are usually 7 days long..... Might this have just been a short period, or possibly very early pregnancy?

Early pregnancy symptoms
I'm 14 DPO today and I noticed a speck of blood when I wiped a little tiny droplet.... What may that mean?

On the 15th, in the evening, I did a line test which had the faintest positive. On the 16th, with my first urine of the day, I did a digital which said 1-2 weeks. Later that evening I did another test from another batch which also said 1-2 weeks. I had little niggly pains which I had with my first pregnancy and sore boobs. On the 19th I did another line test to see if it was darker and there was no line at all so I did two digitals. Both said not pregnant. I am assuming this is a chemical pregnancy but now on the 27th I still haven't had any bleeding or cramps or spotting. Nothing at all! The sore boobs stopped a few days after the first negative. Every couple of days I retest and everything says not pregnant. What is going on? I dont understand why I've had no bleeding yet.

Miscarriage
There are some kinds of pain that are almost impossible to put into words.
On February 1st, 2026, I found out I was pregnant. For a moment, I let myself believe that maybe this was finally our time. But a month later, that pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage. It was painful, traumatic, and incredibly lonely.
I wish I could say I knew how to carry that grief, but the truth is, I’m still learning how.
Then, a week ago, I took another pregnancy test. There was a faint second line. After everything we had been through, that tiny line brought back a hope I was almost afraid to let myself feel.
But it ended in a chemical pregnancy.
And now I am grieving my second pregnancy loss.
Infertility has already taught me what it feels like to want something with every part of your soul and still not be able to make it happen. Pregnancy loss has taught me that sometimes hope can hurt just as deeply as heartbreak.
I am tired. I am angry. I am sad. I am scared to hope again.
But I am also allowed to grieve these babies, even though I never got to hold them. They were loved. They were wanted. They mattered.
And so do I.
Right now, I don't need anyone to tell me that everything happens for a reason or that it will happen when it's meant to. I just need a little grace while I learn how to carry the weight of two losses that changed me forever.
