Plus size travel on plane!

Hoping one of you is able to help! I am due to go on my first holiday with my little girl in a few weeks and she will be 5 months old. Do any of you know if she can sit on my knee if I need a seatbelt extender? I am due to be flying with Ryan air who always seem to have smaller belts than other airlines. Baby is breastfed so need to know if I should pump before or if she can have a feed as usual.

Weight loss

So I’m currently the heaviest I’ve ever been! So I’m starting my weight loss journey! I have always been over weight but now it’s pretty bad I want to get down past pre baby weight before I had my kids I weighed 267 I now way 302! I want to get down to at least 250! So I did my first 15 minutes work out at home yesterday and let’s just say I feel the burn but I’m excited to start this journey any advice greatly appreciated!
