So I’m currently the heaviest I’ve ever been! So I’m starting my weight loss journey! I have always been over weight but now it’s pretty bad I want to get down past pre baby weight before I had my kids I weighed 267 I now way 302! I want to get down to at least 250! So I did my first 15 minutes work out at home yesterday and let’s just say I feel the burn but I’m excited to start this journey any advice greatly appreciated!
