progesterone suppliment mamas

Hi,

I’ve been given progesterone 400mg twice a day and currently 10w6d pregnant with rainbow baby.

I had the first dose 400mg and it made me feel so nauseous, dizzy and a migraines it wipes me out until the afternoon.

I have since tried taking it at night and I felt the same but tried to sleep it off.

I have contacted pre term clinic but I’m curious to know if anyone else experienced any side effects? What happened?

Hii, has anyone had progesterone after a premature birth and gone on to carry closer to term or full term with their second baby? 🤍

This is my second pregnancy after two miscarriages.

My first pregnancy I took progesterone and had lots of side effects: terrible cramps, bloating, siatica, diahorrea etc.

This time I’m taking it and have nothing. I feel the same as I did before I was pregnant, which is making me worried that I have a missed miscarriage.

Does anyone have any positive stories of taking progesterone, having no side effects then having a healthy baby?

Anyone else ?

I’ve been tracking my cycle and thought I had ovulated so started taking progesterone 4dpo and then just had another LH peak? Does anyone know if the progesterone could cause this?
