Menopause 🇮🇳

Hii I'm new here I love to have a sis I love kids I'm just 18 but I need someone with whom I can share my thoughts and be friendly 😊💖

I usually have about 16 periods in a year and they lasted 5-7 days. This year I have only had 12 periods and they have lasted 1-2 sometimes 3 days max and have been very light. I have hot flashes, chills and sweat a lot. Especially at night and it's hard to sleep. I'll wake in the night and can't go back to bed. I have been having bad mood swings. My back hurts like it's about to break. I keep getting headaches like everyday and meds don't help. My nipples are very sensitive and my boobs hurt. Also I have been actively trying to lose weight and just keep gaining weight. My head is going through a fog.too My sex drive has also dramatically decreased. I just turned 30 in June. Don't know if it's worth mentioning at my next appointment in January or if my doctor will say it's just normal. I will have a new doctor now and I don't know. But it is a real concern for me.

I see why it’s called menopause… because the men in my life are DEFINITELY ON PAUSE!!!🤣🤣🤣 If you have one, how is your love life and if you don’t, how do you foresee yourself getting back into the swing of things?

I’m really on the fence about HRT. Would love to hear other women's experiences.

I'm 43 years old and really struggling with menopause. I don't feel like myself at all, and I can't believe hormones cause all of these symptoms! Mood swings, sore breast, brain fog, tension headaches etc. Please tell me it's normal to feel like this? And then to top it all off I have my 20 month old that I have to chase around…is anyone else dealing with menopause and a toddler ?
