When can I start introducing cow milk to drink? I give cows milk with cereals.

My little one is 11 months in 2 weeks, and I'm currently taking a bottle or 2 out and replacing it with food. I want to take my little one-off formula as soon as she hits 1 year old. I'm not sure when she can drink Cows milk. But can I give her a little bit of it a day till she's 1 year old?

Okay so mums of kids that have started nursery.. my youngest has started school nursery so is only doing mon-fri 8:45-11:45 and I have no idea what I’m suppose to be doing in that time. I can go back to work but even with part time I’d have to have a childminder or someone collect him and the cost of that is about a full part time wage so it seems pointless but I also feel wrong not using the spare time to work. I’m a single mum and also have a 6yr old so this is the first time in 6yrs that I’m child free for a few hours everyday and have no idea what I should be doing before he started nursery I’d usually spend the day homeschooling him as I’m an ex school teacher so now I have no idea what to do.. please tell me I’m not the only one who’s feeling like this 🥲

I am registered under Doncaster hospital. This is my 2nd pregnancy. My first scans were 3/4 hours waiting in the hospital due to the consultants. I’m very unwell this time round and I can’t be waiting that long. Does anyone have any experience with Worksop hospital wait times? I’ve heard Rotherham are better at an hour and half but wondering if anyone has been to Worksop and what there experience was.
