Cows milk
When can I start introducing cow milk to drink? I give cows milk with cereals.
My little one is 11 months in 2 weeks, and I'm currently taking a bottle or 2 out and replacing it with food.
I want to take my little one-off formula as soon as she hits 1 year old. I'm not sure when she can drink Cows milk. But can I give her a little bit of it a day till she's 1 year old?

Your LO can start having cows milk when they are 1 years old. I think the recommended amount is 2 cups a day
My little one turned one beginning of this month and when she was just over 11 months old I moved her to cows milk HV told me don’t buy anymore formula when they run out just switch she will be fine. Baby only has a bottles for bed anyway

That’s what my HV told me. My daughter was about 11 months and one week when I started I used to just mix it with what formula I had left so if she had 8oz did like 4 and 4 then eventually like 2 formula to 6 cows milk. Don’t believe you have to do it like that HV told me I could just change straight away but read a lot on pages etc about people saying they mixed it. I just warm the milk up and she’s never known a difference
