Real Menopause Talkers

Can this be menopause related? I know itching can but this is more like sore to the touch sore. I am struggling really badly with anxiety at the minute too, particularly health related. This soreness is around my ribs and in particular my arm pits are sore.

Right now I'm trying to process that the last 6 years of my life I've been prescribed antidepressants referrals to "out patients mental health" when all I needed was HRT!!!

Since I've hit menopause, I've had this issue with itchy skin . Any ideas on skin care ? I use lotion daily
