I’m thinking of joining a 6-week strength-based group personal training programme starting on 9th March here in Luton. It’s postpartum-friendly and focused on building strength gradually.
I have a 6-month-old and I’m trying to get back into exercise in a way that feels safe and realistic. I thought I’d post here in case any other mums might be interested in joining too. It would be nice to start alongside someone rather than walking in on my own.
