Hello, I need your help! I'm thinking about creating something for parents… ❤️ As a therapist, and also as a mum of two, I know how valuable it can be to have somewhere to talk openly about the realities of parenting, without judgement and without feeling like you have to have it all figured out. I'm exploring the idea of creating a relaxed parent group combining honest conversation, connection with other parents and practical information around parenting and emotional wellbeing. But before I decide exactly what it looks like, I'd really love to hear from you. What would you want from something like this? What would you want to talk about?
