Anyone had theirs recently and can confirm how old their little one was? I haven’t heard anything and wondering if I need to chase.

Hi all, FTM, currently 30 weeks pregnant with a baby boy on the way. I can’t find any guidance online as to the process / timeline for when a home visit would usually be conducted.

Having just moved into a 2 bed property, the house is very unorganised and I don’t want a visit sprung on us whilst it’s a mess and things are everywhere, as I wouldn’t want the health visitor to have any unwarranted concerns.

Was just wondering when you had your home visits & what the visitors are really looking for?

I’m prioritising the bedroom & nursery in the first instance so I can show that I have everything ready for when baby arrives.

Anyone know how long HCG results take to show on mychart?

Was told they'd be sent to the hospital within the hour, usually when that happens I get results back same day but never had HCG tested to know if I should expect them back the same day or not.

I’m thinking of getting a second opinion on my son and she’s a name I know locally but don’t have direct experience with.

Hi all, I’m mummy to a gorgeous 17 month old little girl and am lucky enough to be able to stay home full time with her, however…most of my mum friends have returned to work and I’m finding it really hard to make friends who are available for play dates and meet ups. I go to a few different play groups but no one seems too willing to chat or make friends outside of the occasional chit chat, does anyone else find the same? If there are any other stay at home mums out there feeling a little lost, it would be great to hear from you!
