Exclusively Pumping and Breastfeeding Mamas

Has anyone used these flanges before. I am on my second day and I am seeing a dramatic decrease. I have elastic nipples and have been exclusively pumping for 5 months

How much do you get from pumping per breast right after BF for 7-9 minute per breast? My baby is 7 weeks.
