Mum’s in Taunton and Somerset areas

Hi all,

I’m looking for antenatal exercise class in Taunton, Bridgwater or Wellington, preferably something very low impact like yoga, Pilates or aqua aerobics.

Any help would be appreciated, I’ve been Googling for the last hour and only find old groups which have since closed down!

Looking to join some Mum and Baby groups in Bridgwater and/or Taunton! Or any other activities suitable for little ones. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have twin boys 6 weeks ago and am looking forward to getting out and meeting some other mummas.

My little girl is 4 months old now and she doesn't always do well with other people. I'm thinking maybe I need to get out more and have her socialise with other babies. Are there any decent baby groups, or anyone in Taunton that would like to meet just to get out of the house. It's hard to make friends as an adult 😂 even harder when leaving my house has me stressing for no reason

Bit new to this so just wondering is there an appointment before the 12 week scan at musgrove? I’ve done a self referral on badger notes and it just says to contact them if you haven’t heard from them by the time you are 10 weeks?
