Baby care

Do you blow dry your babies hair after a bath (if they have long hair)

my partner won’t blow dry her hair because “i don’t know any other parent that blow dries there child’s hair at this age” 🙃

Snacks…

We’ve reached the stage where we need snacks. She eats pretty well at mealtimes, she’s a very big eater and doesn’t need a snack in the morning but she needs something mid afternoon to tide her over until tea time. Most people I know give their kids fruit which my girl can’t have. She swells up and gets a rash with any kind of fruit (we are waiting to see a dietitian about this) but in the meantime I need snack ideas?? I feel like it’s very much the same things all the time I give her so I would be grateful for any input. We love the veggie straws, smoothie melts or the occasional fruit pouch which to my surprise she’s absolutely fine with🤯but I’m trying to think of things outside the baby/toddler isle! Shes 14 months old for reference. Thank you☺️

Constant screaming🫨

My girl has just turned 13 months old and all we seem to be doing at the moment is screaming, whining or crying at absolutely everything! I gave her some lunch yesterday and she had a ‘tantrum’ about it🙃 please tell me I’m not the only one🥴

Sensitivity to fruit?

Anybody else’s baby got a sensitivity to fruit and grown out of it? I’m talking fresh fruit not puree that you buy. She’s absolutely fine with fruit puree but if I give her fresh fruit she comes out in red blotches and starts hacking at her tongue as if it’s irritating her. I spoke to the health visitor who referred us to a dietitian due to her dad having the same problem however, the hospital came back to us and said there is nothing to be done at this stage. I mean fine but what do I do? At the moment I’m just giving her fruit puree to try and give her some form of fruit but surly she can’t just stay on those forever? 🤯
