Plus Size Pregnancy

I'm 10w4d pregnant with baby#2 and I gained about 20lbs really fast and haven't weighed myself again since 6w because I HATED seeing the scale. I was tracking my calories for maintenance to keep myself accountable for making healthier choices but obviously gained exponentially... How do you not let the weight gain get to you and impact your mental health? I'm already too large for my bras and only have a few sports bras left that fit me too; where has everyone found bras that fit larger bodies? Thanks everyone!

I’ve been told due to BmI I need like 5,000mg of folic acid instead of 400mg. This seems extreme, has everyone else done this and are your babies ok?

My BMI is around 37, UK size 18 and I’m carrying a lot of extra weight for my small height. I had a baby in 2024 but have gained since then & now I’m expecting again. I need some positive stories that everything can be ok with high BMI pregnancies 😭 it’s robbing me of all the joy as I’m so worried about risks. I feel so heavy as it is.

i lost 40kg before becoming pregnant. my apron belly turned into a B shaped apron belly with alot of loose skin. im still plus sized, a uk size 16. i was wondering what my type of belly will look like during pregnancy. dont see it muvh in media. worried my loose skin shape will make it ugly
