Mild or no symptoms (first trimester)

Hiyers!

Any mamas that have/had no symptoms or mild symptoms during the first trimester. I'm a first time mama and I don't have a great gauge for what's normal/typical.

I'm aware each pregnancy is different for each person but I'm seeking some stories, guidance, and support.

Pumping

Clog ducts?

Looking for some advice. Does this sound like clog ducts to you? The pain feels kind of like pins and needles and extremely painful. I had one a few days ago, went away, and today woke up with both sides feel engorged/heavy and then when I go to pump and latch baby it was excruciating. I ended up using a Manual pump and the pain was bad but eventually went down a lot. There was a lump on that side and now that the pain is gone I’m not feeling the lump but still feel engorged. The other side doesn’t have a lump but I feel the pins and needles occasionally while pumping just now. There is no redness and no fever. Does this sound like clogged ducts? Any advice? I mostly pump and try to empty breasts but I could pump over 20 minutes and milk will still trickle out. I ordered sunflower lecithin, massages, and have been taking ibuprofen.

Am I being unreasonable?

So my son is now 6 months old and I've been having to raise him majority by myself while his father is "present". Fast forward I'm pregnant again, I'm feeling like I'm slipping into post partum, I feel like my child's father isn't listening to me, and now I have to deal with his brother staying in my house because he has no where to go. I have a bill I have to pay before December and his brother is not helping. He's lazy and disrespectful, my father's child doesn't have a job, and I've been trying to get one for weeks. I'm literally having to do surveys just so I can get by this month and hopefully get a job. At this point I want to kick both of them out and stay and struggle alone by myself. I have to ask them to clean for me or my house will stay dirty. And they are trying to make me feel like I'm being unreasonable and I'm crazy. Please let me know if I am ladies.
