Toddler always has to be woken up?

Anyone else have a toddler that always has to be woken? Meaning whether from nap or waking in the morning they don't get up on their own before an hour where they need to be woken? My kiddo is three and he's gone through many sleep patterns, getting up at 4am, 6am, different on weekdays or weekends, full sleep regressions. But lately he always needs to be woken up and I'm trying not to worry(I always worry). On weeknights he always goes to bed between 7p-730p and I wake him for school between 6a-630a. At school he only naps about an hour or hour and a half. Then at home on weekends or days off I'm not sure HOW long he would sleep. This last Saturday for daylight savings he was still sleeping at nearly 8am so I woke him up, I'm not sure how long he would have gone. And he's been consistently napping at home from 1p-4p and needing to be woken up at 4 not getting up on his own. This has been going on maybe a month. Anyone else have this?

Toddler won't sleep alone

My toddler (2) recently had a short hospital stay due to an asthma flare up and understandably on returning home took a couple weeks to regulate again. He's doing great except sleep. The first night we got back from the hospital we put him to bed as usual in his crib, he went to sleep no problem like always. Unfortunately he was on Q4H nebs still and he accidentally was awakened twice for his neb(we can usually do them and he's still asleep) so after the second wakeup he wouldn't go back down. Eventually I let him in bed with me. Well since then it's just getting worse and worse. We ditched his crib because he wouldn't go near it, got him a toddler floor bed. He started off just needing someone to fall asleep with him which was fine. Then it was waking at night and we think he realizes he's alone and gets upset so one of us goes in 5-6 times a night. I really really really don't want to make my toddlers floor bed my new permanent sleep spot. And we're not cosleeping in our bed. So- my ask is not if we should or shouldn't co sleep its if anyone has actual real advice on how to help him regain his ability to self soothe even a little?

Looking for advice

My little one goes to sleep really well on a night around 10pm and will wake up every night at 3/4am for a feed. We change her if needed and then she will have her bottle and drift off in the same way as she does at 10. Only thing is, she will only sleep for max half an hour at this point. Our day starts at 4.30 at the very latest.

Is there anyway I can change the way I do my night feed to encourage her to sleep for longer than half an hour during the night?

Normal?

Our daughter just turned 18 months and is waking up sometimes at night crying or shouting out which she didn’t used to before. Is this normal for this age?

Your LO ready to drop naps for good?

THE WORST 😩

When your toddler is in the middle of dropping the last nap, bedtime can get rough for a while.

🦋 Here is what you need to know about the 1-0 nap transition: ➡️ Average age: 3 years ➡️ Transition time: 2-6 months

🦋Signs it's time to drop the nap: ➡️ The nap begins between 1:30-2pm ➡️ Your toddler is finding it hard to fall asleep for bedtime if they nap ➡️ Bedtime is being pushed later and later

🦋 Tips for transition: ➡️ On days when your toddler doesn't nap, make sure to pull bedtime earlier (up to an hour) ➡️ Your toddler will often nap approximately every 3 days when starting to drop the nap. Let the nap happen when it happens. ➡️ Make sure to cap the nap when it happens so that there is a full wake window before bedtime (this ensures that your toddler will be tired enough for bed).
