Anyone else have a toddler that always has to be woken? Meaning whether from nap or waking in the morning they don't get up on their own before an hour where they need to be woken? My kiddo is three and he's gone through many sleep patterns, getting up at 4am, 6am, different on weekdays or weekends, full sleep regressions. But lately he always needs to be woken up and I'm trying not to worry(I always worry). On weeknights he always goes to bed between 7p-730p and I wake him for school between 6a-630a. At school he only naps about an hour or hour and a half. Then at home on weekends or days off I'm not sure HOW long he would sleep. This last Saturday for daylight savings he was still sleeping at nearly 8am so I woke him up, I'm not sure how long he would have gone. And he's been consistently napping at home from 1p-4p and needing to be woken up at 4 not getting up on his own. This has been going on maybe a month. Anyone else have this?

My daughter is 2.5 and I quite often have to get her up. I joke that she would sleep all day!
