Fucked off

I don’t feel like I’m a good mum, I cannot stand my child clinging onto me/screaming I literally want to smack my head against a wall every time she makes that screeching noise I am seriously exhausted and I have no help whatsoever.

If all needs are met put your child in a safe place and use headphones or step away for 5 minutes. You will get through it, it may not seem like it now but you will. Im only a message away x

Can you pop her in a pushchair and go out for some fresh air? It sounds like you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed/overstimulated which I'm sure all parents can sympathise with at some point. I'm not sure if speaking with someone like the health visitor or GP might help too if it's a daily thing you're feeling? Sorry I don't have more words of wisdom but just know you won't be the only person to feel that way. Also, it doesn't make you a bad mum to be wound up by a noise or touched out - you're only human and raising a child with no help is incredibly hard ❤️

Try Calmer earplugs, they really help some people to filter out the worst of the noise. No everyone can take the noise, dont beat yourself up over it

Both Terri and Rachel have made some good suggestions so not teally anything for me to add that I can think of, but as a single mum with not many people around me I can relate in a way. Where abouts are you from? Always up for meeting up and if I can I'm more than happy to try help ☺️

You're not alone here, you've got this mumma 🥰

Ive lost my patience

I am only 12 weeks but I fell like ive lost my patience with my 15 month old, all day long im just constantly telling her off for hitting the tv, climbing on the back of the sofa to get to the window, throwing things at the cat and laughing. Im not enjoying being with her and that sounds horrible 😢

Im not enjoying my pregnancy in the first place and feeling exhausted everyday aswel cause my daughter is sleeping in our bed every night as she cries the moment i get near her cot 😢

Im just feeling lost

Is it ok to let a newborn (2weeks) sleep if already past birth weight or wake to feed ?

No hate for having a sleepy baby please my first was an awful sleeper so I know how triggering these posts can be 😂… but

My 2 week old slept for almost 6hours last night and we woke him even though he seemed pretty tired and would have slept longer. He’s been a sleepy baby since birth but feeds a lot throughout the day and has surpassed his birth weight but my husband woke me last night to say we need to wake the baby to feed. I said I’d get up and pump and let the baby sleep but he said we shouldn’t let him go over 6 hours without a feed….

Should we wake him? Thoughts below please :)

Breast feeding

I’m expecting in a few months time and want to breast feed (breast and bottle feed). What bottles do you recommend? I formula fed my first daughter and used Dr brown bottles (hated Tommee Tippee and MAM due to tongue tie issues). Is Philips Avent good or Lansinoh? Thank you ☺️
