TTC With Endometriosis & PCOS

Hi ladies I've known about having PCOS since I was 20 and I've only ever been pregnant twice which both ended in miscarriage. So when I skipped a period I wasn't sure if I could be pregnant again. However I did two pregnancy tests to be sure as I'm now 2 weeks late it's never this late. I'm hoping if you ladies can tell me if these tests are positive?

Can someone tell me if this can help boost my ovulation (I was diagnosed with endometriosis/ chocolate cyst) is this ok to take and can I start taking it today, period stopped yesterday.

Hi all, I have suffered with endo in the past and had a laparoscopy in October 2017 which did help. I fell pregnant with my daughter at the end of 2020 and all was fine. Since having her I can feel my symptoms returning. I had my coil removed in July 2023 so we could try for baby no2 and I suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks in September and another miscarriage in December at 10 weeks. Since these miscarriages I’ve had TERRIBLE periods. Leaking through every tampon and pad and the worst pains ever I honestly can’t even stand up sometimes. I am desperate to have another baby and am so worried about endo potentially causing these miscarriages that I’m so scared to fall pregnant again. Advice welcome x
